OUR MISSION The Writers Resource Center was founded in October 2003 by author, Janie P. Bess, to help writers effectively submit their work for review, edit, and publication. WRC is a collective of writers, authors, editors, and publishers sharing their combined creative energy, talents, and personal experiences to support and encourage other aspiring writers. To accomplish this goal, the Writers Resource Center strives to provide information and resources for writers of every genre.
